Recruitment and Jobs in Surrey

Join The Home From Home Nursery Team in Surrey

At Home From Home Nursery and Pre-school, we believe that the very best childcare begins with the very best people. Great early years education is built by practitioners who are warm, genuine, and rooted in a real love for the children they care for.

With four locations across Surrey - Walton-on-Thames, Woking, New Haw, and West Molesey - we have been nurturing children and families since 2012. And throughout all of that, it has always been our team that makes the difference.

If you are looking for a place where you are truly valued, where you can grow at your own pace, and where the culture is as calm and caring as the rooms you work in, Home From Home could be the right fit for you.

About Home From Home Nursery & Pre-school

We are more than an early years setting. We are a long-standing community of dedicated practitioners who have chosen to build their careers somewhere that feels, well, like home.

Our Hygge-inspired approach runs through everything we do. From the calm, cosy environments we create for children, to the way we look after our team. We believe that happy, fulfilled staff raise happy, thriving children - and we take that seriously.

Our team reflects that. Most of our practitioners have been with us for six years or more. Some for over a decade. That kind of loyalty does not happen by accident. It happens when people feel genuinely supported, respected, and part of something meaningful.

We work with children from six months to five years old, and our curriculum is child-led, holistic, and emotionally rich. Whatever role you join us in, you will be part of a team that cares deeply about doing things the right way.

We care for our practitioners with the same thoughtfulness and respect we show every family we work with.

Contribution

Every member of our team plays a meaningful role in the lives of the children and families we serve. That is something to be proud of.

Rooted in Excellence

We are committed to high standards - not in a cold, corporate way, but because we genuinely care about getting it right for children and for each other.
